First, an apology. This took longer than we said it would, and plenty of you have been patient while we went quiet. Thanks for sticking with us.Here is what ate the time. We rebuilt the pass from the ground up. Not a fresh coat of paint on the old system, a proper rebuild of how your days are tracked, how you book, and how fast you can see where you stand.We did not do it alone either. A few of you who have held passes with us for years put your hand up and helped build it. You told us what was slow, what was broken and what you actually wanted, then stuck around to make it work. That changed the product for the better.And to everyone who filled out the feedback form at the end of last season: we read all of it. Most of what is different this year came straight off those forms.The season1 December through the end of April. That is more than 150 days of winter to spend your days across, from early season in the trees to spring lines under a long sun.How the pass worksYou buy days, not trips. Hold a balance and spend it across the season on whatever we are running, wherever the conditions are best that week. Tiers run from a single day to a full season.

Your rollover daysFinished last season with days left? Buy your 2026/27 pass soon and they get applied to this season. One thing to sort out firstThe old pass app has been retired, so everyone needs to create an account in the new one, long-time members included. Signing in with Google is the quickest way through. Once you are in you can see your remaining days, browse what is running and book against your balance from your phone.
